3 minutes rest between efforts
*Aim for hard efforts but consistent times across all 4 sets.

Real talk. I get a lot of friction from athletes over running in the winter. I believe this community to be hard and dedicated and one that doesn’t let the discomfort of cold get in the way of success. I also believe we are a community of preparedness and it is well within our ability to take precautions that allow us to perform this workout safely, regardless of the conditions.
