6-8 reps per side, front rack Bulgarian split squats
45 seconds rest between sides
*For the front rack, you can use a barbell, dumbbells, or kettlbells, whatever you have available to you.

8 body rows
12 Russian kettlebell swings
30 seconds rest between sets

4 sets, for quality:
60 seconds eccentric nordic curls
60 seconds anti rotation plank
60 seconds rest
