Circuit Days are key in developing muscular endurance and stamina. Pick one, two, or all three of the following circuits and perform them at a continuous pace resting 5-10 minutes between circuits.
Circuit 1 (10 minutes continuous effort):
10 dumbbell curl to press
10 steps walking lunges with dumbbells
Circuit 2 (10 minutes continuous effort):
10 alternating box step-ups
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
Circuit 3 (10 minutes continuous effort):
10 dumbbell thrusters
10 body rows
