Rest Day.

To say we have arrived would be superfluous. But, a journey that began back in February has led us to this point. Many of you have big trips booked with even bigger aspirations of bagging an animal you’ve been after for a lifetime. Some of the experiences you will have in the coming months will be memories you pass down to your children and grandchildren. And the fitness you’ve built will play a vital role in those experiences. Your hard work in the gym and on the trails might even save your life.

From now until the end of hunting season, you will see a consistent training schedule that you can follow strictly or modify as needed. The programming will be ruck and hike heavy, with the option to run in place if you are limited on time. We’ll keep the weights at a maintenance level just to ensure your body stays primed.
