Saturday training is about feeling weight on the body. If you’re just getting going with our program then you may not have had your pack on yet this year. Before you try and pack 100-pounds out of the bush you should see how that feels. Pick some very easy terrain and go for a walk with a full pack – whatever you see yourself carrying in a tough situation. It’s important to understand your limits before you try and test them.
Tomorrow we will be hitting the same pack but on tough terrain so save some gas. Don’t go crazy today, just a taster.
