Rest Day.

As many of you are out, putting on hard miles over the weekend, Monday will be a universal Rest Day.

All training programs will have variations in volume and intensity throughout the week. Rest Days are a huge part of this variation in creating balance and an opportunity not just to recover but to adapt. Training is stress, and it takes time to adapt to that stress.
On days like today, prioritize getting your body some rest and recovery. Lots of food and sleep should be priority number 1. If you have time to include some recovery modalities like stretching or massage then add that in, too.
