The deadlift is regarded as the “King of Lifts”. There are few things more functional than picking something up off the floor. Though barbells can make this task more challenging than it needs to be, the fundamentals are the same.
In today’s accessory work, try and maintain a continuous pace but also work to increase the difficulty over each round. Goblet squats can use increases in weights, push-ups can go from knees to toes to balancing a plate on your back. And body rows can be made more challenging by elevating the feet.

3 rounds for quality:
5 cat and cows
10 reps per side, kettlebell around the world
10 reps alternating, kettlebell halo
10 Russian kettlebell swings

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5-5
*In six sets, build to one or two heavy sets of 5 reps for the day
